Cancellation Policy

We know you don't want to cancel your tour or training, but life happens sometimes and we get it. Read below for all the details.

Tours:

90+ days before your tour:
Full refund (minus bank/credit card fees). No hard feelings. We’ll happily reschedule you too.

30-89 days before your tour:
50% refund or 100% goes towards a future tour. By this point we’ve reserved bikes, blocked guides’ schedules, and probably turned down other riders.

0-29 days before your tour:
Non-refundable. You bailed too close to kickoff for us to fill your spot.

No-Shows

If you don’t show up, we still pay guides and turned down other riders..
No refund. No exceptions. (We still love you, though. Come back when you're ready.)

Weather

We do not cancel tours due to weather. We will modify routes to accommodate severe weather situations. We may substitute a ride day for something different in extreme cases where safety becomes a concern... this does not constitute a refund.

If you cancel because the forecast looks kinda ugly: That falls under the regular cancellation rules. We’re Arizona — ugly weather rarely wins.

Late Arrivals

Tours leave on time. Show up late and miss the safety briefing? We'll do our best to accommodate you but at some point you won't be allowed to ride, and it counts as a no-show.

Motorcycle Mechanicals or Injury

This might be the worst one of all; like being kicked while you're down. If your bike breaks down or your are injured on a tour, there are no refunds. We will provide aid and support, to the best of our ability, to get your bike to a local shop or you to a hospital; as the case requires.

We HIGHLY recommend full coverage insurance for you and your motorcycle. Recovery Insurance, Travel Insurance, Search and Rescue Insurance... get all the insurances! Your tour does not include insurance that covers your medical or mechanical situations. You are responsible for your expenses.
